    • If you have watched part of the course content and the viewing duration does not exceed 20% of the total course duration, you can apply for a partial refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund amount = (1 - viewed duration / total course duration) × course purchase price;

    • If you have watched more than 20% of the total course duration, or more than 7 days have passed since purchase, refund applications will no longer be supported, except in special circumstances (such as serious quality issues with course content, serious inconsistency with course description, etc.), which require website review and confirmation.

  2. Membership Products (monthly membership, $39.99/month):

    • If you have not used membership benefits (including but not limited to accessing member-exclusive courses, downloading videos, participating in live Q&A, etc.) after activating monthly membership, you can apply for a full refund within 3 days from the date of membership activation;

    • If you have used part of the membership benefits, the refund amount will be calculated according to the proportion of remaining valid days of membership. Refund amount = (remaining valid days of membership / 30) × membership activation price, and the refund application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of membership activation;

    • If more than 7 days have passed since membership activation, or the remaining valid days of membership are less than 7 days, refund applications will no longer be supported.

(2) Refund Application Process

  1. Submit Application: You need to log in to Kong Fu Master website, enter the "My Orders" page, find the order for which you need to apply for a refund, click the "Apply for Refund" button, fill in the refund reason and upload relevant supporting materials (such as course viewing record screenshots, etc., if needed) according to the page prompts, and submit the refund application.

The review includes whether your application meets the refund conditions and whether the submitted materials are complete. If you apply for a refund due to personal reasons (such as mistaken purchase, no longer need the course/membership, etc.), and the refund application is approved, handling fees incurred during the refund process (such as fees charged by payment institutions) will be deducted from the refund amount. The specific deduction ratio is subject to the regulations of the payment institution.

  4. If you cannot continue to use the purchased course or membership benefits due to website reasons (such as course content being removed, system failures preventing normal use of services, etc.), the website will process a full refund for you without deducting any handling fees.
